The Landing - Cafe in Mount Barker

This was a fantastic local project for me! It was so close to home, which made it even better. Ryan wanted a mural that showcased realistic native scenery while highlighting the local birdlife and wetlands. To make it more authentic, I used a photograph I took from their deck as a painting reference, which is reflected in the far background of the artwork. Throughout the project, the cafe staff kindly offered me delicious toasted sandwiches and coffee, making the experience even more enjoyable. It truly is an amazing cafe!
